United Nordic
The Nordic EMD members Unil AS / NorgesGroup ASA (Norway), Axfood (Sweden), Tuko Logistics (Finland) and SuperGros (Denmark) have been co-operating in the imports area, in bulk buying of mass market products and own labels for around 40 years under the United Nordic umbrella association. United Nordic, owned by the above-mentioned members, co-ordinates a market volume of approx. 8 billion Euros and, as such, accounts for 25% of the total Nordic food market.
For manufacturers this represents broad access to a
total of 5'000 food stores, 15'000 restaurants and convenience stores
throughout
