The members of the Board of Directors are appointed by EMD’s Shareholders’ Meeting.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the implementation and execution of the company’s business strategy, as defined by the shareholders of EMD. The Board supervises and advises the management of the company

The Board of Directors meets at least two times a year.
